I'm all for sharing content, but selling other people's work though PayPal and email exchanging is criminal. I notified most of the content creators of your site and see if they can take legal actions to shut you down.
Where is the actual video located?
The person is trying to sale clips that aren't his to sell; most of the clips can be bought on Manyvids. I notified a lot of the creators since I subscribed to many of them.
